ADMISSION

NCC Education Program-International Foundation Year (IFY)

• Holder of Higher Secondary Education or Proficiency Certificate Level in third division.
• Holders of GCE ‘O’ Level qualification or equivalent.
• Have a valid score of 4.5 or above in the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) or equivalent, or have the minimum required result in the Standard English language Placement Test (SEPT).

 

International Diploma in Computer Studies (IDCS)

On entry a student must have at least one of the following:

 

• NCC Education International Foundation Year (IFY) qualification.
• An international qualification which is deemed to be of a similar level to the IFY programme. This shall be agreed in advance with NCC Education.
• At least one 'A' Level pass or an appropriate School Leaver's Certificate.
• Vocational experience which is deemed suitable by NCC Education. 

 

Applicants who are not NCC Education graduates and whose first langauge is not English will need: EITHER

• The required minimum result in the NCC Education Higher English Placement Test        (HEPT), click here for details OR
•  IELTS 5.5 or equivalent

 

International Advanced Diploma In Computer Studies (IADCS)

On entry a student must have at least one of the following:

 

• NCC Education International Diploma in Computer Studies (IDCS) qualification.
• A local or international qualification which is deemed to be of a similar level to the IDCS programme. This shall be agreed in advance with NCC Education.
  

 

Bsc (HONS) in Business Computing and Information System (Bsc BCIS) (Delivered Online by NCC Education, Validated and awarded by University of Wales)

On entry a student must have at least one of the following:

 

• NCC Education Interntional Advanced Diploma in Computer Studies (IADCS) with the following conditions:
• You must have obtained a mark of at least 50% at the first attempt in half the credits of the programme, and a mark of 40% in the remaining credits.
• Any other qualifications accepted by the University of Wales.
  
  

For students whose first language is not English, the required standard to enter the programme is as follows:

 

• IELTS 6.0
• An equivalents, as accepted by the University of Wales.
